"Fine overall, but could’ve been handled with more care"
My bag was stored properly and nothing was missing, so that part was totally fine. It did come back with a small scuff though, which was a little disappointing. It’s not a huge deal, but I expected it to be handled a bit more carefully.

"Not convenient at all"
The location looked close in the email/receipt info, but it ended up being far out of my way. I had to carry my bags around for way too long, which was frustrating. it just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Reliable every time I’ve used it"
I’ve used LuggageHero a few times now in different cities, and it’s been such a relief every time. The drop-off spots were easy to find, the staff seemed to know exactly what to do, and when we came back our bags were right there and totally fine. I never felt stressed or like I had to worry about weird delays or surprises. It just makes those awkward gaps before check-in or after checkout feel so much easier, especially when you’re already tired from traveling.

I didn’t have the friendliest experience here. The staff came across cold, and I think a little kindness goes a long way when you’re dealing with customers. It’s not hard to treat people with basic respect, and it would have made the visit feel much better

The booking matched what I expected, so that part was fine. The only thing was the pickup time was a bit off, which seems to happen with these kinds of services all the time. Not a huge deal, but it did throw my schedule off a little.

"It Got the Job Done, Eventually"
Dropping off my bag was actually quick, so no complaints there. Pickup, though, decided to be a little adventure. I had to stand around longer than expected while the staff looked very busy doing whatever mysterious bag-related things were happening. It all worked out in the end, so there’s that. Not terrible, not amazing—just a very average experience with a bit of bonus waiting time

"Worked out, but nobody seemed to know who was in charge"
I used luggagehero with a oversized suitcase, and it was okay in the end. The annoying part was that the first shop seemed really unsure about whether they could take it, and no one seemed to know who actually owned or managed the whole process. They had to ask someone else before agreeing, which made it take longer than I expected. The price was decent, and they did store the bag eventually, so I’d probably use it again — but next time I’m definitely calling ahead first.

I used LuggageHero for a few hours while I walked around the city, and it was mostly fine. The price was decent compared to the lockers near the station, and I did like that I only had to pay for the time I actually used instead of getting stuck paying for a full day. That said, it can still creep up if you leave your bags longer than planned, so I wouldn’t say it’s super cheap. The whole process was easy enough, and I’d probably use it again, but I really wish the fees were shown a bit more clearly upfront

"Storage area was just okay"
The storage area didn’t really impress me. It felt kind of dusty and not super well-kept, which was a little annoying to see when dropping off my stuff. Thankfully, my bags were fine when I picked them up, so at least there’s that.

Booking was fine tbh, and I found a nearby spot easily. But after I paid, the info they sent was a little confusing, so I had to reread the instructions a couple times to figure out where I was supposed to go.
Support did reply, just not super quickly. It all worked out in the end, but imo the emails could use clearer wording so you don’t have to double-check everything

I was relieved because the price I saw was the exact price I ended up paying, no weird extra fees popping up at the last second, no confusing changes, no surprise charges, just straightforward and easy which is pretty much all I wanted.

I used LuggageHero while waiting around for my check-in, and overall it was convenient. Booking was easy, but the first place I chose was already full when I showed up, so I had to walk about a few blocks to another location with my bags. It all worked out in the end, but it was a bit annoying with heavy luggage. I’d probably use it again if there were more available spots nearby

I canceled my booking and thought, here we go, this is probably going to be a whole thing. But nope—the refund came back fast and I didn’t have to chase anyone down. Super easy, no hassle at all.

"Easy booking, but a bit of a wait"
Used LuggageHero while I was in Barcelona and the booking was straightforward. Easy. The price felt fair, and the location looked close enough on the map. The only annoying part was that the host wasn’t there when I arrived, so I ended up waiting around 15 minutes and had to call twice. Stressful. Pickup later went totally fine, but that first part definitely made me a little nervous. I’d use it again, but probably only if I had some extra time built in.
